Do you sell fabric by the yard?

At this time, we do not sell fabric by the yard.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I reach customer service?

Please feel free to contact us via email or call us at 1-855-815-PEHR (7347) with any questions that you may have. Our Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm EST. 

US Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders under $100 USD will be charged a flat shipping rate of $9.99 to addresses within the US.  All domestic packages are delivered using FED EX.  We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Once your order is placed, please allow 3-8 business days for shipping.

All Domestic orders over $100 USD, are eligible for Free Shipping (excluding rugs).

Due to their size and weight, Rugs require special attention and a delivery processing surcharge. All Rugs will be charged a shipping and handling fee per item based on size:

International Shipping Policy 

For International orders, International shipping charges start at $24.99 and vary based on destination.  All International Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Customer is responsible for any Duties or Fees that may apply. 

All International orders over $150 USD, are eligible for Free Shipping (excluding rugs).   Rugs are not available for international shipping at this time. 

 

Returns for Online Customers

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date in it's original product packaging and unused condition for a full refund (Excluding Shipping & Handling Fees). Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or return. 

In order to begin the return process you must send an email to customercare@pehrdesigns.com stating the following information:

  • Customer Name: (the person who purchased the order)
  • Order Number:
  • Order Date:
  • Item being Returned:
  • Reason for Return:

Once this information is received, you will be sent a return authorization number and a return shipping address to either our US or Canadian warehouse. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Once the warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned item and has verified that the item is in it's original product packaging and unused condition your credit card will be issued a refund. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund. Please be advised it may take a few weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. 

Any items received outside of the above noted parameters may not be eligible for a full refund and may be charged a re-stocking fee.  

Exchange for Online Customers

You can exchange an item as long as it is in it's original product packaging and unused condition Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE, no exchanges or returns. Please send an email to customercare@pehrdesigns.com with the following information:

  • Customer Name: (the person who purchased the order)
  • Order Number:
  • Order Date:
  • Item being Exchanged:
  • Reason for Exchange:
  • Shipping Address:
  • Phone Number:
  • Email Address:

Once this information is received, you will be sent an exchange authorization number and a return shipping address to either our US or Canadian warehouse. Exchange shipping is at the customer’s expense. 

Once the warehouse has confirmed receipt of the requested exchange item and has verified that the item(s) is in it's original product packaging and unused condition, your exchanged item(s) will be shipped. Any items received outside of the above noted parameters may not be eligible for a full refund and may be charged a re-stocking fee.

You may need to provide credit card information to process shipping costs and any possible price adjustments. Once the item ships, you will receive new shipping and tracking information.

 

Lost & Missing Packages

Please note: Pehr is not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages.  All lost or undelivered package inquiries must be submitted to FedEx directly for resolution with your tracking number.  Replacement and/or refund of lost or stolen packages will be reviewed on an individual basis. 

All domestic and international unclaimed packages may be subject to a re-stocking and/or re-shipping fee. 

 

Mis-Shipped or Damaged Items

If you have received an incorrectly shipped or damaged product we ask that you kindly contact us for resolution.

Only one promo code can be used per order.
