ORDERS AND RETURNS
Returns for Online Customers
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date in it's original product packaging and unused condition for a full refund (Excluding Shipping & Handling Fees). Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or return.

Once this information is received, you will be sent a return authorization number and details on returning your items.
Once the warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned item and has verified that the item is in it's original product packaging and unused condition your credit card will be issued a refund. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund. Please be advised it may take a few weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Any items received outside of the above noted parameters may not be eligible for a full refund and may be charged a re-stocking fee.
Exchange for Online Customers
You can exchange an item as long as it is in it's original product packaging and unused condition . Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE, no exchanges or returns.

Once this information is received, you will be sent an exchange authorization number and details on how to exchange your items.
Once the warehouse has confirmed receipt of the requested exchange item and has verified that the item(s) is in it's original product packaging and unused condition, your exchanged item(s) will be shipped. Any items received outside of the above noted parameters may not be eligible for a full refund and may be charged a re-stocking fee.
You may need to provide credit card information to process shipping costs and any possible price adjustments. Once the item ships, you will receive new shipping and tracking information.
How do I reach customer service?
US Domestic Shipping Policy - Contiguous USA Only
All orders under $100 USD will be charged a flat shipping rate of $9.99 to addresses within the US. All domestic packages are delivered using FED EX. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, Alaska or Hawaii, or any US Territories at this time. Once your order is placed, please allow 3-8 business days for shipping.
All Domestic orders over $100 USD, are eligible for Free Shipping and Free Returns (excluding rugs).
Due to their size and weight, Rugs require special attention and a delivery processing surcharge. Rugs are only available for the Contiguous USA only. All Rugs will be charged a shipping and handling fee per item based on size. Rugs are not eligible for Free Returns or any Free Shipping coupon code.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer International Shipping at this time.
Lost & Missing Packages
Please note: Pehr is not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages. All lost or undelivered package inquiries must be submitted to FedEx directly for resolution with your tracking number. Replacement and/or refund of lost or stolen packages will be reviewed on an individual basis.
All domestic and international unclaimed packages may be subject to a re-stocking and/or re-shipping fee.
Mis-Shipped or Damaged Items
If you have received an incorrectly shipped or damaged product we ask that you kindly contact us for resolution.
Only one promo code can be used per order.
